Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are shown or confirmed during order processing. They may vary by destination pincode, product size and courier availability; no delivery charge should be assumed unless it is displayed on the order confirmation.
3. Order Tracking
After payment and dispatch are confirmed, we will share the available courier or tracking reference through the contact details provided with the order. Tracking updates depend on the courier. If a tracking reference is available, you can check it on our Order Tracker.
4. Safe & Tamper-Proof Packaging
Products are packed with reasonable protective material suitable for the item. Please inspect the parcel at delivery and record an unboxing video if you suspect transit damage; our purchase policy explains the available store and manufacturer processes.
