2. Products & Pricing

• All smartphones, accessories, and electronics listed are 100% genuine and authentic.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or stock availability without prior notice.
• Product images are for representational purposes only. Actual product may slightly vary.

3. Order Verification & Payments

All orders are Prepaid Only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders paid via UPI / Direct Transfer require a valid 12-digit UTR / Transaction ID. Ramjilal Communication reserves the right to cancel or hold any order with invalid payment details.

4. No Return & No Refund Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind, wrong selection or personal preference.
• No refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit are provided after confirmation.
• Any manufacturer warranty or manufacturer-authorised replacement is governed by that brand’s own terms and service centre.
• We can help document a delivery issue, but contacting us does not create a store refund or replacement obligation.

5. Warranty & Support

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty or manufacturer-authorised service programme. Ramjilal Communication does not provide an additional in-house warranty or guarantee a brand’s replacement decision. For a warranty claim, customers should follow the applicable brand terms and contact the brand’s authorised service centre with the invoice and serial number.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
